Constitution of IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell)and Submission of Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR)

It is the cell constituted for the session 2013-14 dated on 13/05/2014 under the Chaireman ship of Principal of the college and all the taching , non teaching members and other members of the G.B.Murarka Arts and Commerce College ,Shegaon.
The composition of the IQAC may be as follows:

  1. Chairperson: Head of the Institution Principal Dr.Anilkumar L.Rathod
  2. A few senior administrative officers

  3. Three to eight teachers

Academic & Administrative Calendar for the year 2015-2016 (FOR ANNUAL PATTERN)

All members of teaching staff are informed that they should note Academic & Administrative Calendar for the year 2015-2016

  1. I Session: From Mon., 15th June, 2015 to Sat. 31 Oct, 2015

  2. Diwali Vacation: From Sun.1st Nov, 2015 to Sun., 22nd Nov.2015

  3. II Session: From Mon., 23 Nov., 2015 to Sat., 30th Apr., 2016.

  4. Summer Vacation : From Sun., 1st May, 2016 to Sun.,12th June,2016.
I Session 100 days + II Session 80 Days = Total Teaching Days 180

As per the Amravati University Gazette following are the Public Holidays are declared by the University for teachers.

Note: No separate notice will be circulated regarding the below public holidays.

Jayanti and Punnyatithi Schedule (Academic Year: - 2015 - 2016)


Note :

  1. Jayanti and Punnyatithi of our national leaders will be performed on working day at 12-00 Noon and on other day 10-00 a.m. sharply.
  2. No Separate Notice will be circulated regarding the above Jayanti & Punnyatithi
  3. It is mandatory to attend Flag Hoisting ceremony on 15th August, 26th January and 1st May.
  4. Teachers should take care regarding completion of 180 Teaching days in an Academic year.
